CRDi
CRDi technology is an advancement in the fuel system of the diesel engine. it is better than the old unit injector system. CRDi is similar to the GDI( Gasoline Direct Injection) technology. GDI is used for a petrol engine. an ECU( Electronic Controle Unit ) controls the whole process of injection. it improves the power output and reduces the noise, vibration.
WORKING
A fuel pump can store the fuel at the very high pressure. through the pipe, fuel enters in the common rail. Common rail is a reservoir for the fuel injector and can stores fuel at a very high pressure, it supplies the fuel to the individual solenoid injector. ECU controls the pressure of the fuel according to the Engine speed, and load.
Why does high pressure require?
